We offer a 14-day return window for all full-price items, provided they are in their original condition with all 16ARLINGTON tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain delicate items and pierced jewelry are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box provided with your order.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Tracking
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point and retain your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
